I, as the owner of this site, am going to review this site to get feedback with it. Besides the name, the designs are equally high quality. I offer resources, downloads, activities, challenges, and much more. The goal of this site is to have it as a ‘webmaster resource’ and a site for normal people to visit. As a site owner, I’ve developed a lot of skills and I’m using these skills for this particular site. Previously http://retroblast.info, I am pretty satisfied with the outcome of UrbanGenius.Org, while being compared RB.info. Anybody remember that? Eh, I hope one person does.

I am open to any suggestions that anyone may have for me; to improve this site is what I want to do. To be precise, I currently offer photoshop brushes, photoshop actions, icon textures, CSS templates, button bases, color palettes, large textures, icons, MSN icons, and a few other things. I like to update content about 3 times a week ; sometimes I update once a week with loads of stuff… lets hope I continue that with UGO.

My domain is relatively new but I’ve been web designing for about 7 years. My website has reviews, some graphics (my pixels/adoptions are best), some tutorials, competitions and articles. I love to write and I blog on my website regularly as well as adding articles from time to time. The reviews I write are intended to help people with their sites and is what I’ve been focusing on recently. I guess I have a bit of everything on my site.

I love using my own photographs in my layouts and I rarely use celebrity graphics or graphics that are not my own. I think my site is creative and very original. I submitted my site because I have put a lot of work into it and also based on the comments I receive, I believe that my site is original.

I bet this was pretty obvious from the beginning… but, I was thinking, how awesome would it be if all registered users could submit sites? I guess this way, everyone gets credit for what they have submitted and will also get more publicity for their own sites. Everyone could start off with a contributor status, which will have to be approved by one of the staff here to be published.

Stellachu.net is weirdly named site but despite that, the stands out as being unique and different. The site is mainly categorized as portfolio/blog site, and offers a couple of resources for her visitors.

The site is well organized and looks good, with the layout making a great first impression. Although the site is relatively new, her content ranges from brushes to icons to Photoshop tutorials, all of high quality. Her portfolio displays great work of graphics and I hope she adds more on there because the girl has definitely got talent. The blog is clear and enjoyable to read, but lacks on the updating wise.
Although this site needs some work, the layout is the unique selling point and would love to return everyday to see more of her graphics and read her blogs.

Mimi Goodies is a graphic related site owned by the talented Mimi. Her layout is really pretty, i really like it, it is well organized and neat. Her content is amazing, she doesn’t have a lot but what she has is enough to say that she is great at making graphics, especially pixels and CG’s (as well as the design of her layout), between the graphics she offers, she gives out free layout already coded, they are very good coded and have a good quality. She also has a section of resources where she offers emoticons, pixel icons, great brushes, textures that you can use for your icons and have amazing effects, and a few graphic tutorials for Photoshop. Are you bored? what about playing some of the games she has on Mimi Goodies? they are very entertaining for those boring moments that all people have, as well as her funny blog entries. Need hosting? she offers hosting for all sub domain and domain, she doesn’t ask for a lot of requirements and she will be a helpful host. I personally loved this site, hope you like your visit there.

Traumababy is a graphic/resource site owned by the lovely Brenda. It has lots of useful content and provides you with decorative uncoded layouts to high quality button bases. I really like her scripts. They are simple and will really put a bit of glam on your icons. She also shares some HTML codes to enhance your coding knowledge. You can even request things from her!
Her layout is very original as you can see. The textures and stocks on her current layout are great! It seems to be a bit “vintagey”.
Brenda has obviously put a lot of effort into her work and most importantly her site. She seriously has a lot of talent. I wonder why she doesn’t ever get hosted?

The Forgotten Lair is an Anime Graphic and Graphic Resource site that offers Wallpapers, MySpace Layouts, Avatars, MP3s, Anime Reviews, Artbook Scans, Anime Screenshot Galleries, Textures, Photoshop Brushes, Transparent PNGs, and much more. Beginning with Neopets designs 5 years ago and evolving with the times, this site now primarily designs for MySpace, while still serving as the means of venting creatively for Phoenix, the site’s tomboyish Anime addict. Artistique Ilustra is a portfolio/blog owned by the artistic Aileen. The illustrations she made are not very common and very detailed. They have a lot of imagination and creativity on them mixed with a great hand techniques, they look very realistic! of these amazing drawings some are sketches with pencil, rendered in watercolor and others are rendered in black ink, she adds a great shading in all of them (except the ink ones). She also is an awesome digital artist, just look at her layout! she seems to be expert using vexels, and not only the vexels she has on her layout, she also has some more random vexels in her Art Work Section, they are very cute and well designed with shading. Her blog is also interesting and very funny with her hamsters’ kawaii videos. It is a great site you should visit at least once.

Xiao Star is a 5 year old graphics-resource site, devoted to anime, game and celebrity graphics. From ID cards to templates and brushes, 16 year old Terina has many pages of content you can spend ages browsing through. Haven’t got time to make yourself a layout?
