Killerbarbie is owned by Tori. Her site is full of professional graphics, tutorials, and a outstanding portfolio. She gets from 150-200 hits a day. Her layouts are eye catching and I you just MUST join one of her blog contests when she has one! They are so much fun! Element Rain is the the absolute best place to get quality unique premade layouts for free. The owner, Joyce, describes herself as “boring” but she so far from boring and so are her designs. Joyce designs some of the best layouts I’ve ever seen. Her layouts are never the regular generic, boring type but the “name brand” type that are always full of life and rare to find on the net.

Divergente is one of those websites with lots of content that is very useful to her visitors and blogs about meaningful things. She provides both quality and quantity. Mimi provides many things from services to useful links to premade layouts already coded. Looking for a host? Check out the host section on Divergente she proves both paid and free hosts. Need Wordpress installed? Just mosey on over and check out her services and best off she does them for free!

Cynthia offers stunning textures free for use, brushes, patterns,digital scrapbook kits and sorts of fun things. You can even more great stuff by becoming an exclusive member for a good price, and to make it even better all the money is used to keep the website running smoothly. By joining you can get even more tutorials, textures and other great things! Personally, I go to Hybrid Genesis every time I need quality resources.

Evolute, what a name? Now you know this is gonna be good. Straight from Piczo, to hosted, Georgiana sure has got talent. Her site just opened a few days ago, and she already has tons of content! From textures, to tutorials, to stunning brushes to amazing digital artwork! Georgiana sure makes it look easy, but it’s not. Not only is her artwork amazing, but also is her gorgeous photography. Her visitors, including me don’t leave until we view ALL of her awesome photography. Such talent in a new website, hopefully her website will evolve soon and become a bigger network on the web, I sure hope so ^_^

Yes, finally the stunning designs of Justin from Star 69 are back! The ever so eye catching designs by Justin leave his visitors speechless. With his unique layout style, how can we not purchase his awesome premades at such low prices? Now, all he has to do is finally make one for Girlicious so I can buy it… seriously. But yes, the current layout features High School Musical 3’s Zac, Vanessa and Ashley. In a great way to display his undeniable talent, this layout grabs our eyes, whether we want to look or not. It’s that well made. And so reader’s I recommend this wonderful website, and if you have a fansite, why take a look at some of his premades? Many of his visitors visit his site just to see the new premades cause they’re always so ravishing and pleases the naked eye.
